Go deeper… inspired by gentleness, precision and “letting go”, a yin practice is designed to bypass the muscular system and target the connective tissues – to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints. Yin postures are floor postures that may be held for 3-5 minutes, allowing the body time to relax and sink deeper and deeper into the pose.
